Frome Boxed Mileage and "306" 4VOS
A couple of items from Frome, starting with a "FROOM / 115" boxed mileage handstamp from 1802. This handstamp is known used 1802-1807, and the British County Catalogue has another "FROOME / 115" boxed mileage handstamp used 1803-1804. I do not have a copy of this second handstamp.
